We bought a house in August 2012. Mike provided all the assistance you can expect from a real estate agent and we closed the house deal at the offer we made to the seller. I will ask Mike to help me find another property in future.

Mike Greenberg was great to deal with. He was extremely patient as we looked at over 40 houses. We were looking to buy in a specific area with specific requirements all within our price range. Everyone is different when if comes to the type of Realtor they want and we wanted one that was hands on when looking at the homes with us. Mike was very helpful in pointing out what needed to be fixed on the homes and how we could renovate certain areas to our needs due to his past background. He always helped me look into the age of appliances (AC, furnace, water heater, kitchen appliances, etc) and the roof. He is knowledgable about the construction of homes and has alot of insight to what may be worth/not worth investing your time and money in. He also knows alot about pest control/termite systems which is helpful. He is generally an insightful person to have around when looking at homes if you don't know alot about the ins and outs of a home. He is genuinely looking out for your best interests and not just trying to make a sale.

Even though Mike wasn't my agent, he represented the seller, he was incredibly fair and responsive to me, making sure that the seller and I had excellent communication throughout the process. Mike took a very detailed look at the home and it’s condion. He suggested cost efficient tweaks and updates so the home showed well, and we could get top dollar. He was extremely diligent to get detailed feedback (an emailed questionnaire)on each showing, and followed up with selling agents.
